The Coffee Carnival Kuala Lumpur is happening this 4th December, from 11am to 8pm at ROM 8 by Metal Bees, bringing together the best of the coffee world for an exciting celebration of craftsmanship, innovation, and knowledge. One of the main highlights of the event is the Free Pour Wing Tulip Latte Championship hosted by FLC X JWC, where talented baristas will showcase their skills in perfecting the art of latte pouring. The tulip latte, a symbol of precision and creativity in the coffee world, will be the star of the competition, as competitors battle it out for the ultimate title.

This year’s event features some of the most influential names in the coffee industry. Shaun Liew, a two-time Malaysia Brewers Champion, will be sharing his expertise on brewing techniques and the art of creating the perfect cup of coffee. Alongside him, Aaron Phua, the reigning Malaysia Barista Champion and founder of Free Pour Latte Art Competition (FLC), will offer valuable insights into the world of competitive barista skills and the growing coffee culture in Malaysia.

Also joining the festivities is Cadence Sim, a highly respected coach, trainer, and World Coffee Events representative, who will share her vision on the future of coffee training and the development of barista talent. Together, these coffee specialists will provide attendees with a unique opportunity to learn from the best in the industry.

In addition to the thrilling competition, the event will also feature key discussions on the green coffee bean market outlook, emerging beverage flavour trends, and the future of coffee automation. These sessions will offer a deeper understanding of the coffee industry’s evolving landscape and the innovations shaping its future.

Wholly supported by the Malaysia Specialty Coffee Association (MSCA), the Coffee Carnival is an unmissable event for coffee lovers, professionals, and anyone eager to explore the dynamic world of coffee. Join us for an unforgettable experience in the heart of Kuala Lumpur!
